Yes, you can get pregnant. See a doctor about going on birth control for the purpose of regulating your periods.

I have irregular periods. If you are worried about getting an unwanted pregnancy, yes, you can get pregnant at any time. Having an unpredictable cycle, you will never know when you can and can't and if you take a chance you WILL get pregnant. If you are worried about trying to get pregnant, well everyone else seems to have answered that already.

My wife has a friend who only gets her period maybe once, sometimes twice a year. Yes, it will be much more difficult to conceive, but it certainly is possible. She has a child, but it took some doing. Not the same chance, but still possible.

You most certainly can get pregnant. You may need medication to help you, but you can force ovulation via drugs like Clomid. Worked for me 3 times!

You need to see a doctor. Period.

Not only will a doctor be able to diagnose the cause of your abnormal menstrual cycle, they'll also be able to address your chances at normal conception and pregnancy.

have you tried taking birth control pills to regulate your periods? youd have to talk to your ob-gyn to find out whether or not youd be able to have children... but with the technology today, Id be very surprised if you couldnt.
