I'm always fatigued before my periods. Try Midol or Pamprin usually works for me!

Just before my period I would get extremely tired. This lasted until my period was over.

Later in life I did have a problem with anemia, as well as being overly fatigued, so have your doctor check your blood levels. There are vitamins that can help you with anemia if that happens to be a problem for you. Don't delay, call your doctor and get it checked out. You'll feel much better knowng what is going on with your body.

Yes, I would take a multivitamin or Iron (although, becare with the Iron cause if you take too much than you need, you will get bad migraines.) It's because you are losing blood. It's completely normal. Just get some rest.

Yes. In Siddha Vaidya, practitioners believe that women should rest the first two days of menses. I practice this every month...and it feels good. The body has to recoup energy from blood loss.

a little tired maybe. you shouldn't get that tired. see a Dr and have them test and see if you are anemic (and test for anything else that can make you so tired)

No, and they shouldn't. If this is happening it is very likely that you are anemic. You should speak with your gynecologist.
