In general, I'm against the death penalty but I've come to believe that it's appropriate in at least two situations (1) Terrorists (2) Child Molesters. Reasons: (1) Terrorists have networks that cannot be stopped unless you eliminate individuals and (2) I don't believe that Child Molesters can be rehabilitated. Maybe I could live incarcerating a single person offense, but molesters with multiple children involved and patterns of destructive behavior need to be eliminated permanently.

Child molsters shouldnot get death penality. I think the highest penality that one can get in life is life long solitary confinement. With death everything ends and the pain may be momentary. Life long confinement will give the molester enough suffering to regret and let similar others learn from it. Moreover I think, ethically human beings dont have the right to take others life, let the crime be any big. The punishment given to a person must not be with simple intention to punish only but rather let the similar others learn a abstain from such anti social activities.

Child molestation is an evil crime and should be punished for. But, then again, the people who molest children are mentally ill and need help, and of course, to be cut off from children for a long time. So, I'd say no.

Then again, they would have to do something to make up for their misdeeds. But killing them might not do too much for the child.

personally i dont think it will be a enough of a deterrent if anything it may be more of a push for them not to be caught------ too bad testing drugs, make up ect is not legal on humans i bet the threat of something painful and repetitive would stop most crimes---- death vs injection of a virus or sickness and unproven drug treatments ( basically life as a lab rat)....it would stop the animal cruelty people from complaining and make criminals ( ones convicted of crimes like rape, molestation, murder) pay for their housing, food, crime in a way that would benifit society all over the world----


I just think the death penalty is too final and although rids the world of someone discusting they really dont pay their debt to society

Yes,,But I'd like to see them even get worse than the death penalty. I'd like to see them have to work (in a prison) doing something to make money, for a period of 10 to 15 yrs and all the money they earned, Paid to the Victim (s) then put them to death.

I wish they would, cuz basically after you molest a child you've ruined them for life. A child molester is going to go to jail but he's not going to regret it and be damaged for the rest of his life, besides, when they've done it once they're probably just going to do it again

yes as long as they did do it but i dont get when they say they are molesters when they had sex with an older teen that was willing but then their parents find out and its a diff story...

But as far as an older person doing it to a lil kid they have sick minds and should die
