This too, shall pass. I want you to sit and think about what it is that's bothering you. Is it something that truly, doesn't matter? Is it causing you physical ailments? Will it cause you to lose what is truly important in your life? (Family, happiness, God?) Now I want you to write a list of everything good. For instance, you got up this morning. You are under a shelter, you probably have food to eat. You even have a computer to be at. Do you have a good friend? Family? Is the sun shining? Are you healthy, or getting better? Think of all the amazing things God has done for you, wether you know and believe it or not. Whatever it is that has you down, will pass. Look on the bright side of things. Hang in there, and take a long walk. Tomorrow when you wake up will be a new day and a fresh beginning. Leave this feeling behind.
Have a great day!

You may have issues, but there is always more around you who are worse off. If you can, go talk to a guidance counselor or mental health worker to get things off your chest. Try not to focus on the bad. Sorry, but the times today aren't easy, and whether you believe it or not, Satan is using all kinds of devices today to make people do and think wierd things. Besides, think of happy things. Did you know that smiling burns more calories per hour than frowning? Another reason just to bring that head up and keep on going. Good Luck.

Stop what you're doing, take a deep breath and look around you. You're alive. Think of all the things in your life that mean something and build on that. You can overcome anything you choose to.

It's one of those hurdles in life, you will see that all things good and bad happen for a reason. You'll look back and see that it wasn 't so bad after all. Hope things get better for you.
Most importantly of all pray for strength, understanding, and encouragement.

Here are some of my favorite quotes that never fail to inspire me.

"When both feet are planted firmly, nothing can shake you."

"I am not afraid of storms, for I'm learning to sail my ship."

"The race is not given to the swift or the strong, but the one who endures until the end.

Keep your head up honey...hugs to you, Marilyn

Happiness is a Swedish sunset--it is there for all, but most of us look the other way and lose it.

You can do it.

Be good to yourself.

Remember peace of mind is better than craziness. Find your center.

Go get a massage.

Love yourself first.
