I think Creatine's the latest fad in non-steroid supplements. It works by enabling the muscle to recover more quickly after a work out. But unlike steroids, it will not allow you to overcome inherent limitations in your genetic structure. As you probably know, some people build mass much easier than others, and even people with equal strength will have different amounts of mass.

Eat several portions of skinless chicken breast a day, they contain a great protein and amino acid, also eat plenty of parmesian cheese it contains huge amount of the material that help produce "fluff" in the muscle tissue
