Because it's her family, she should be supportive. She may be a little weirded out at first, but it's her family and the last thing her sibling needs is for it's family to turn their backs on him/her. She'll need some time to sort everything out, but her sibling is probably just as comfused and scared as she is. HOPE THIS HELPS!!!!!!!!

Your friend should just love the sibling for who they are. Take up for them if people mess with them, and care for them just as they would a straight sibling.

well tell your friend to talk to her sibling! Just because they are gay doesn't mean she should love them any less
