I am not having sex or anything but I am scared to take a pregnancy test?

Every time you go to the Doctor ( assuming you are meaning an OB-GYN) they do not have you take a pregnancy test, unless you are there to determine if you are pregnant.
If you have never had intercourse, or as you have put it " sex or anything" why would you be afraid of taking a pregnancy test? All it is is a little bit of urine on a stick, and you know if you are , or are not pregnant. Of course if the idea is to not become pregnant in the first place, going to the GYN, learning your own body and it's natural cycles, finding out the best and most correct ways to do that, including abstinence would be the way to start.
I hope that your question was serious and I hope that I could help. Your body is nothing to be afraid of and neither is the test that can let you know if you are or are not pregnant. .

Its ok to be afraid. It something you are not experienced with yet and it takes time. You do not have to take a pregnancy test everytime you go to the doctor. Only if you are having sex and have symptoms of possibly being pregnant.
Maybe to get over your fear, you should talk to someone close and/or try to take pregnancy test just to experience. Maybe that will help overcome your fears.

Don't fear taking a pregnancy test, they don't hurt at all.
No, you do not have to take one everytime you go, generally the doctor will only do one if there is a question that you may be pregnant. The earlier you find out if you are pregnant then the sooner you can begin taking proper care of yourself and the baby.

Remember, even though you may not be having intercourse, you can get pregnant from "heavy petting".

well if you arent having sex then you have nothing to worry about. You are just afraid of what can happen with sex. Sex is an act that should only be done if you are responsible and ready for any outcomes that may happen. Your doctor will only do a pregnancy test if you ask for one. My advice. just try to relax. If you arent having sex then why worry. your stressing yourself out for nothing. And when you do have sex, make sure its what you want to do and use protection. Good Luck

If you are not having sex there is no reason to take a pregnancy test. The only reason that you should be afraid is if you were having sex, or even coming close. Don't try to kid yourself. If any semen has gotten near your private parts even though there was no penetration pregnancy could occur.

no people are all afraid of different things. I have only taken two pregancy tests and both times i had a girl. but if you miss a period than it is wise to take one . it is easy . it is important to find out if you are pregant right away so you can stop smoking or taking harmful drugs right a way. with me they had to change 3 of my perscriptions so i had healthy girls.

If you are not having sex, then what is the problem? I would take one everyday if I had to, because you already know the outcome.

It's not weird to be afraid to take one unless you're afraid you're pregnant. They don't take one unless you suspect you're pregnant. It is only a simple urine test.
