well, I have melted dry ice, and I still get wet every time I swim. The problem with swimming in dry ice, is that it sublimates meaning it goes directly from a solid to a gas with no liquid step in between. so unless you can swim in gas the answer is no.

Welll dry ice turns to gas when it "melts" so you could "swim" through the air without getting wet

Dry ice sublimes directly from a solid to a gas at atmospheric pressure so there is no liquid to swim in. The question is would your body be crushed by the large increase in atmospheric pressure that would be required to have dry ice actually go through a liquid state.

Dry Ice is a solid that does not melt into a liquid. Dry ice is a solid that goes through a process of Sublimation and changes into a gaseous state.

Don't listen to them. Dry ice can be liquid, but only if the pressure is high enough. They have to make CO2 liquid in order to make dry ice in the first place

No, because if you melt dry ice it sublimates into a gas.
