Batman has a Kryptonite ring in his utility belt, but Superman can throw a Volkswagon Beetle at him. But what if Superman misses? He can still fry Batman with his laser eyeballs I guess, but that ability doesn't work all that good unless he stares at the target constantly. Batman might get burned a little but he has a protective suit and cape and can still run around and get where Superman can't see him.
It could go either way I think, since Batman has the Kryptonite ring.

Actually the fight has been done many times in comic history and most times Batman wins. He's known to carry Kryptonite just in case he has to fight The man of steel.
I also think Batman wins because while Superman has the strength, Batman is not dumb enough to take him on head to head. Combine that with his financial abilty to gain large amounts of kryptonite quickly and Batman wins. (That and Superman would try to fight fair, and Batman uses Shadow Techs).

Actually, Batman would win. Why, because Batman has a kryptonite ring.
Also, right now in comic continuity after Infinite Crisis, Superman has no powers, so he would easily be beaten.

If Batman had time to prepare for the battle he would win. He can afford a lot of kryptonite to weaken Superman. But if he didn't have time to prepare, then Superman would kill him.

Superman would kick batman's a*ss. Superman has powers. Batman is a mere mortal with too much money. Without his suit and the batmobile..... he's just an executive with muscles.

? what? superman is a superhero, batman is not. batman can die, bullets, knives, whatever, even bane broke the guys back in a graphivc novel, and he had to restart his training and learning. superman would kill him in a second in a true to life version,hows batman gonna stop supermans laser eyes, or withstand his stregth? but if done in a film it would probably end with both living, or becoming friends etc.
