After the first time when he says that he will never do it again, you will most probably believe him
If he goes to jail a second time, you may still forgive him because afterall, a complete turnaround is tough.
But if he goes again..enough is enough.. You can definitely do better.. try dating someone who is not a criminal!

Once is too many times to forgive a significant other for being in jail. Think of it this way. What would you say to your daughter if she said her boyfriend was in jail? Taking another perspective sometimes helps. I am a mom of 4.

It depends. Is he a jailer?
If not what business is it of yours to think he needs or even wants your forgiveness. He's the one in jail, not you. You make it sound like he does it intentionally. If he is unlucky or stupid enough to keep winding up in jail, sooner or later he will wind up in prison and your problems will solved. You will know exactly where he is all the time. And if he keep it up, that won't change.
If you don't like a man who ends up in jail time and again, leave him, now, not later, and don't suppose that you are right in doing so. You obviously want something else out of a relationship. If he is not the one to give it to you someone else will. Wish him the best and move on.

again what is easier for us to do forgive a man or tell him to get up, dont forgive him once, forgive him that and so many times over, show him your love, thats all, show him you care, then he will try and never go back to jail, your forgivness may save him someday
And if a little girl who was shot can forgive her shooter, why cant you forgive your man

It depends on the crime committed. But if you consult the Holy Bible, you just have to forgive him as many times as you can. Forgiveness can then be a start of healing for both of you.

Much of this answer depends on the reason for incarceration. It also depends on his history in the past as to trustworthiness. Everyone should be forgiven a transgression if you repent and are sorry but it is hard to forgive a grievous crime such as murder, rape, or molestation and I guess it depends on your own qualities for forgiveness.

Two. Shame on me once, Shame on you twice. After the second stint in jail, time to find a new boyfriend.

The love you have for him will tell you. Listen to your thoughts and dig deep down your heart, you will know when enough is enough.

Guess it's up to you, but there's a reason he's like that. Probably just wants to get away from you.
