CLR (Calcium,Lime,Rust) works good. So does Lime away, but you have to let them soak awhile and you may have to apply them more than once. I like Shower Power for ultimate results and ease, but with a 10 year build up, you will probably have to apply that more than once, also. If it is really bad, try a nylon or plastic spatula intended for non-stick pans and scrape it off.

Go to a food market place that sells stuff to restaurants. They will have a de-limer that restaurants us to de-lime the commercial dishwashers.

This will remove the crud.
Please read the directions, and follow them. The stuff is strong you do not want it on your body in any way or form. It is not like Mauriac acid or anything like that but it dose the job if used with caution.

A product called "The Works" works great. And it's inexpensive...most discount stores carry it. If you have a huge build up it may take repeated applications. Keep at it and good luck.
