he is somewhat a legend....even though not better known for his own music and from that people think he a one hit wonder. but what people dont know is he a great songwriter and many artist have sang songs he had written. the latest artist is Billy Ray Cyrus for his new album has a song written by Marx on it. so i say he somewhat a legend.

He has a following and is friends with some people in the music business. He has worked with many different in pop and rock. He wrote the song "Edge Of A Broken Heart" for Vixen with the lead singer of the Tubes Fee Waybill. I respect his writing; but he doesn't really do anything for me.

He's no Bob Dylan,or John Lennon,but I give him his props .He's entertaining to people into the love music scene.He was on top in the 80's.
