My girl is getting them next week.
Normally I would say nay, but it really will help her self esteem and make her body more proportional. And sad to say it but it will help her get a better job. So I say Yey.
It's her college graduation present. lol.

If a lady, by getting breast implants, can feel better about herself or rid herself of a lifelong insecurity then I say good luck to her. Even if it's purely for vanity's sake, as long as she is happy then what business is it of anyone else. But if it is purely for vanity, and you were asking yay or nay, then I would say nay. I say be proud of what you were born with.

That all depends on the situation. For normal people, nay...learn to use the body you have. If you had something like breast cancer where one had to be removed, then that's different. Also, plastic surgery to 'tidy' them up after severe weight loss is acceptable to me too.

If a person is having implants to improve her bust size, I say absolutely NOT.
If she's having it done because of cancer and needs reconstruction, then that's different. Even then, there are more natural ways to reconstruct breasts using your own body tissue that look completely natural. You'll never have to worry about your body rejecting your own tissue nor will you have to worry about having them replaced every 10 years. Cost effective!!
Good luck!!

Nay. Natural is great. bigger does not mean better. the image that media portrays as perfict is far from healthy and no one should chase goals of looking like a barbie doll

NO, I had them done and have since had them removed. It is not worth it. You will have to have them replaced over and over again throughout your life. They are really prone to leaking after a while. You also have a risk of scar tissue which will make your breasts feel really hard. Be happy with yourself the way you are.
