I dont think that a time machine would ever be invented. Suppose 500 yrs later Dr. Einstein Newton makes one then surely we wud have ppl in our present, who wud hav come from future. Ppl instead of going on world tours wud go on time tours. 3days 4 nights. 1st day at jurrasic 2nd at ice age. 1 day 2 meet their grandparents (us) etc...

has any1's grandchildren come to visit them yet???

My first answer is probably not, because we would see future people by now.

However, what if UFO's are time machines from the future?

Depends on what you mean by a "time-machine". For example, we can already create elementry particles that travel back in time, but they are highly unstable, and this is hardly the kind of thing most people get excited about. I would say that at present it seems highly improbable that a machine capable of transporting human beings back in time will ever be created. But ever is a long time, so like anything the probability is not 0.

Impossible. The human body is incappable of handling speeds that fast. Not to mention how could fuel be stored for any type of object to be projected in a straight line at faster than light speed(which needs to be achieved) to travel in time. The amount of energy needed would be greater than all nuclear weapons on the planet.

It's still very possible, I think. But the current theories simply won't work- Traveling faster than the speed of light, wormholes (possible but unlikely a spacecraft could be built strong enough to survive the trip), etc.

However, sending messages back and forth through time has been said to be "theoretically" possible. See the movie, "Frequency" for more info.

We just need to build the receiver. Someone else can figure out how to build the sending unit some time in the future.

It is possible. The fact is that it is impossible to prove that it will happen or that it has happened in the future. Scientists have already proved the existence of a tesseract, so what is next?
