The standard answer to this oldie-but-goodie is:
"Since I have no brothers of sisters I am an only child; hence 'my father's son' is ME. Therefore 'that man' is MY son."
But if you wish to quibble there are a couple of other scenarios.
1) I have a HALF-brother or HALF-sister, and my father is THEIR father.
But that's twisting things. By all rights I cannot say I have "NO" brother of sister if they are half-siblings. (Likewise for anything involving adoption or step-sons!!)
2) I am NOT an only child. "Brothers or sisters HAVE I none" may mean my siblings are all deceased, not that I NEVER had any. So, by that means, the man could be either my son OR my nephew.

This is an oldie but goodie...another version of the original reads like this:
A man is holding a picture of a person, looking at it fondly. When asked who the person in the picture is, he replies, "Brothers and sisters have I none, but that man's father is my father's son."
And the answer to how they are related? They are father and son.

You are an only child who happens to be that man's father, because with you having no brothers or sisters, you are your father's only child and thus the father of the man in question.
