If you emptied to recycling bin , then thats bad news. If you did not empty it, then just (right mouse) click on the recycling bin, and select the option to restore. It will restore it.
If you DID empty the recycling bin, then there are programs that might retrieve it for you.

Start>All Programmes>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore
You Create A Restore Point At The Current Day In Case Anything Goes Wrong, After That Restore It To An Earlier Date [Everything Installed On Current Day Will Be Uninstalled N Cleared]

Just open the recycle bin folder and right click on the file you'd like to recover. Select restore and it goes back to where you had originally saved it.

Simple. Double-click on the recycle bin, u will see all the files in it.. just right-click on the one u wish to restore, and select restore on the menu which appears....

If it is still in the bin, click on it and 'restore'. If it is deleted from the bin, it requires special programmes which you might be able to get at your computer store...............

Go to google web site and download google desktop, then use google desktop to run a search on your computer for the file your seeking. Hope that works for you.
