I don't think it is normal to be 'dizzy' but its normal to feel tired and irritable. The tiredness could be low iron. You do bleed a lot during that time so just take a multivitamin. I would see a doctor for that problem. Dizziness and blurred vision are symptoms of diabetes.

You need iron. Be careful! Try to eat an orange and have some cereal with iron. I don't know about iron supplements, it might be too much iron, make sure it's no more then 35% ( I am studying health right now, and just learned about supplements) It's not normal to be dizzy on your period

First, it is best to ask your doctor, particularly since they can check the iron in your blood and consider anemia. Second, try drinking lots of water. I found out during my pregnancy that while I was working and needed extra fluids, I'd get dizzy suddenly if I wasn't drinking enough water. Since you are losing fluids and need to replace them , your regular water intake might not be enough. Give it a shot your next period and see if it helps.

It isn't normal to be dizzy at all. Sounds like you are on the verge of fainting. Could you be anemic or maybe you are having some blood pressure problems? I suggest you go visit your ob/gyn or regular doctor for a checkup and explain your symptoms.

This happens all the time to me. I was tested for anemia, but it wasn't the problem. It's probably just the loss of blood and maybe low blood sugar. Vitamin supplements help a lot!

Yes it's all your hormones causing you to feel that way. As long as you don't have a high fever, muscle aches, headaches, vomiting and rash that looks like a sunburn and wear tampons you will be ok.

Yes, don't worry. I had a disease called pass-out syndrome. I feel dizzy then I pass out they said your hormones affect you in this manner.
