Aloe vera directly from the plant. Also, those cooling aloe products work good, but are temporary fixes. I use the one by Hawaiian Tropics called Cool Ice Lidocaine. The lidocaine numbs the pain from the burn & the gel cools it. Take a baking soda bath. Buy one of the small gold boxes & pour the WHOLE box into the tub in cool water. Swirl it a bit to dissolve, then use a cup, your hands, a washcloth or other item to pour the water over the burn.

While it's still hot and red, white vinegar will draw the heat out and make it feel instantly better. An aloe gel after that.

Milk of Magnesia. Smells pretty yucky but works well for taking the burn and the red out.

aloe gel, yogurt, noxzema skin cream/wash, or just try putting a bottle of your regular body lotion in the fridge/freezer until it's chilled.

Try Aveeno Bath powder. It has oatmeal in it which will help with the itch. They also make lotions, bath and shower gels, and oils.
