do you think we could use paper clips as money?...why or why not?....and what problems might develop if people started using paper clips as money?......thank u

We could use them as money, but I would think it would not be a good idea to do that as they would get caught on things and pieces would break off. There is no real weight of them, so the change machines couldn't be used. Every coin type machine would have to be changed to accomodate the paper clip. Very costly for all the companies. I do not think this would be a good idea.

I don' t know it might work, they could make it out of a special type of metal so it could'nt be counterfited. If they ever did do that I would be rich! haha!
