Yes! Read this partial article about a recent crime:

"BY MICHAEL FRAZIER
Newsday Staff Writer

June 7, 2006

An Amityville man angered over what he said were too many white people at Massapequa's Sunrise Mall reacted by hurling a concrete slab at a woman's minivan, Nassau police said yesterday.

Carl Graves, 20, who is black, was arrested Monday after, police said, he threw the approximately 6-inch slab and struck the windshield of the minivan carrying Kim McCandless, 34, of West Islip and four children -- all of whom are white. No one was injured in the random attack, which investigators called a hate crime."

If you attack anyone for their color, sexual preference, religious choice, or any reason you are hurting them because they are different from you it's a crime, hate, or not. Don't do it. Learn to respect others, and understand them.

According to those who advocate "hate crimes," the answer is probably yes.

Personally I think assaulting anyone for any reason should carry the same penalty.

It is very wrong to attack anyone no matter what colour they are, you should be ashamed of your self. And anyway what does your question have to do with dancing.
