you can buy Travelcard at any tube station, there is no need to buy it in advance. Almost all museums in London are free. If you mean other attractions like "Tower of London", "London Bridge", there is a "London Pass" that covers it. However, i personally think there is no need to buy "London Pass" because the price is steep.

Are you being serious? The place to buy London travel cards is in tube stations or dedicated shops. I think the 'Museum Pass' is something entirely different
