if it is for punk band Than it needs to be more gritty,
Like "under the broken marquee"
Or "Minority loses"
or "Minority failure"
or "lost direction"
Or "complete failure"
or "burning Marquee"
or "fallen marquee"
You get the idea
but If I have to choose Under the marquee Will be my choice

Both are pretty tame actually. I would expect a harder edged name for a punk band!
