sometimes my parents pressure me about going back to school...the problem is why should i waste money when i have absolutey know idea of what i want to do..all i know is that i am really good at selling stuff. does anyone feel the way i do?

Well, think of what you really LOVE to do and go from there. I was in the Navy for 11 years and have almost completed my business degree. However, I put finishing that on hold to go to school for massage therapy because I truly love to help people and make them feel better. I'm very excited about this new opportunity and while I do plan on finishing my business degree in the future, massage therapy is most likely what I'll be doing from now on.
You can always go back to school and take all of your basic required classes, the one you'd need for any field, then decide later on what you want to concentrate on!

Oh my God yes. I am not even being pressured but it is hard to decide in a world full of stuff what to do. It's not like it used to be, either you were going to be a doctor, lawyer, a teacher or a nurse. Then you always had the homemakers. Now it is so much technology that you don't have to work under anyone you can just work from home owning your own business. Sometimes going to school is good so you can see what is out there. If you have a good school counselor then they will usually help narrow your interest down. If your good at selling then try marketing. It is a really interesting field and you won't get stuck doing just one kind of job. I hope you find out what it is you want to do. Good luck and God bless.

I think that is ever changing , Most people have more than one career in their lives . I am working on my third . The main thing about school once you start just register for general degree courses you have a while before you have to declare a major . Just getting back in the swing of things may help you decide . Good luck

Hello miss lady how are you. It is a given point that a lot of people go to school for one thing and get a degree in something and become professionals in something completely different. Find something that you are happy with something that makes you smile. That is the most important part. Me I am in media ( Newspapers ) I like what I do but I would love to be in law Enforcement...
