Um... I'm assuming you're referring to the sun (Ra being the Egyptian sun god) The light isn't invisible; it's the reason you can see the moon at all. The moon itself doesn't actually emit light, so the reason you can see it is because light from the sun is bouncing off it and hitting your eye.
