well lets put it this way
In a movie many years ago, Chuck Norris fights Bruce Lee who no one could beat. It is said that Norris was the closest to do it. But in a later interview, he said that Lee used some 27 forms of Judo and karate on him and it became too much.
So if CHuck Norris can possible have a chance against Bruce lee, I say that Jack Bauier wouldnt have a chance in hell against Norris. No matter how old Norris is.
