If he loves you then he will find a way to buy you another ring. Why did his mom take it in the first place? You better make sure that he's not too much of a Momma's boy and that she isn't going to run his life. Don't worry if he can't get you a ring right now... as long as he does eventually.

If you love him, you shouldn't care if you have a 25 cent bubble machine ring or a $5,000 ring of your dreams. I picked out my ring my self and the set cost only $600. I always get compliments on it and it was inexpensive. I've had it for so long it's dull and people still tell me how pretty it is. I told my husband that I didn't want something fancy or flashy because I wanted the money to go towards our home and our savings. Please don't be materialistic. Best of luck in your future marriage!

Okay, red light flashing. Why did his mother take it back? If he cant stand up to his mother RUN far and fast, there will only be more problems. And if your still getting married Hell Yeah he should get you a ring. If his mother took it back you dont have one.
