i would take a serious look at what you are putting into your body. you might need to change your diet and go organic. Things like milk and beef have hormones in them that trigger things like acne, but also additives in other foods. Sugar is also something to avoid. This is going to take a major lifestyle change for you so I really do wish you luck. You can use creams and all to help with the outbreaks, but to get the root of the problem you have to look internally. Usually the digestive system is a culprit, so I would just try to do an internal cleanse and detox, then renourish the body with healthy foods and plenty of excercise to cleanse regularly.
i also suggest and type of CLAY mask, since that will dry up and PULL the impurities out of the skin. Okay good luck!

just go on a detox diet for a week. u see more acne coming up in this time but believe me it's great because u're just cleaning u're body of impurities and also drink loads of water no colas and definitely no fried stuff that bad coz it increases the heat and oil level in the body and it partly also depends on your genes.
and go for a cleanup once a week and wash u're hands b4 u touch u're face when u're outside the house coz there's alot of bacteria also b4 starting u're day have a glass of warm water with a squirt of lemon and a teaspoon of honey do this everyday it's good for u're skin as well as u're tummy. but don't apply makeup or concealor or whatever else is required let u're skin breathe and always carry tissues to wipe u're face excess oil build up only leads to more of the acne.i hope it helps u good luck

if you are female go on the pill. cleared mine up right away & I'd had it the same amount of time you mentioned. I had tried everything, antibiotics, scrubs, peels - all that did was irritate the skin. got on the pill to regulate my cycle & it cleared in a month. go for the low-dose pills - any dr will know what you're talking about.
