Whenever i load windows in normal mode the windows doesn't load and a black blank screen appears and nothing happens after that but windows load in safe mode

Yes sounds like a corrupt file making it restart and then boot into safe mode. Try reinstalling and when you get the to part that says there is already a xp installation on the disk, select repair option, this will reinstall all the system files, and hopefully fix your problem.

Last resort option --do a reinstall and make the settings _ leave current os system intact and then when choosing windows folder name it windows2 and it will be a fresh copy of XP on your computer but if you go to C:\Documents and settings\ you should see your old user account, all your My documents and desktop files are there, just everthing has to be reinstalled - use this option as a last resort.

there may be a corrupt file when windows tries to load that not able to be repaired. You may have to reinstall XP from the discs that were provided with your PC (or a copy you acquired elsewhere).

I would guess it is a conflict with the video card as in safe mode video is limited to VGA mode. Look for updated video card drivers from the manufactirer.

Here is what you do. Go to your local Apple store and buy an iMac. Problem solved, and no more problems in the future.

probably a pirate copy or your computers on the blink.
