this happened to me and I am sorry to tell you this but you are gaining weight. try on your 'skinny pants' if you have some and see how they fit. If they're not too tight then you might have just shrunk your undies in the wash. If they ARE too tight, then you need to burn some stored fat. Get more active and watch what you eat, eat more vegies and drink more water to flush out the toxins. Either that or get a bigger size of undies. lol

well...wouldnt common sense tell you? maybe you are wearing the wrong size or maybe you are putting on some weight and in some time if you dont get rid of some flab you wouldnt be able to wear them until you do! go and buy some new under wear and before you go, measure your self and ask a shopping assistant to help you buy the right size. Do not be embarassed...

Maybe you should try to get bigger underwear. Maybe you are just getting fat, and do not realize it. You just need to go to a bigger size, hun, and that is all I can tell you!!
