They just can't help themselves. Even the name "burritos" sounds delicious. There is something more delicious than a burrito though...and that's chimichanga. Mmmmmm.

I guess this is a matter of preference. I find that burritos are so good because its a blend of warm, comforting foods; black beans, re-fried beans, guacamole, sour cream, good meat, with a touch of heat.

What kind? It's probably due to the fat (from cheese, sour cream, meat, guacamole, and possibly lard). IMHO, a really great burrito has just the right combination of chewy (tortilla), creamy (guac or sour cream), earthy (beans), crunchy (lettuce), and flame-broiled (meat!).

They are only delicious when cooked correctly but they are delicious because they are mushy and filled and warm. YUMMY!!!
