The first step in positive change is finding one thing that will bring you instant positive results and stick to it. The rest will come easier once you accomplish one good, positive change. For instance, try to smile at everyone you see for one whole day. Look people in the eye and smile. Maybe you will then see more people smiling at you. Its easy, and it works. I always ask myself do I want to change? Once you have the desire think about one thing you want to change. Set shrot goals to long goals how to change it. Goals really do work.
