Yes. She can get pregnant. If a single sperm enters the vagina the woman can become pregnant.

Women can become pregnant if;
there is semen on the mans fingers,
if there is semen on her vulva,
if there is semen in her underwear
Unprotected sex

It's not probable, but it's not impossible either.

Use protection. In your situation, yes she can most definately become pregnant. You're telling me that some of the semen entered the vagina so, your answer is YES.

Next time use protection...

Good luck!

First of all, whether a woman is a virgin or not is completely irrelevant as to whether she conceives. So let's leave that out of the equation. If the penis has not entered the vagina, the chances of impregnation are very slim - however, if anything else enters the vagina, such as fingers or a sex toy, which has had semen on it, there is a very slight chance. If you're in a position where this is happening, I suggest that you and your partner get some contraception sorted out a.s.a.p. before any riskier situation develops.

It is not only possible but had happened. Leaving aside artificial insemination cases are know where the penis wasvery weak, flaccid and yet just the ejaculation onthe surface of the vagina has helped in conception though the fluid tends to weaken and become ineffective after some time or exposure.I had heard of a case reported where a virgin sister of a woman got pregnant by just wearing the saree of her married sister who had unrobed it after the copulation the previous night.

sperm can stay alive for a long time
in air they usually dont survive
but in water expecially in the warm mosit regions like a womans crotch they can live quite well for a few days
it is always a good idea to get a cheap drugstore home prganancy test if you are concerned - they work very well if used properly
if you are not ready for the consequences of sex then use protection or use oral anal or "manual" sex as you call it but keep his penis away from your vagina

Yes, Sperm can survive for about an hour outside, if it goes anywhere a vagina it could lead to pregnancy but it is a lower risk of getting pregnant than sex

Do you know that the pre-ejaculation secretion of men has more concentration of the sperm cells as compared to their actual ejaculation? That is true so if you put his penis anywhere near your vagina and he has pre-come already, you might just get pregnant.

Yes you can, but the risk of pregnancy is reduced compared to penetrative sex.

It only takes one sperm to make a woman pregnant. Try and be more careful in future.

Yes... it's not as likely as if the penis was inserted, but yes, sperm only need the warm mopist enviroment and depending if they are strong enough and live long enough (upto 72 hours) then yes... a pregnacy can occur if sperm comes in contact ANYWHERE around the vaginal opening

Most definately. If your partner ejaculated on your vagina or the lips the sperm cells can travel and inpregnant you.

There are documented cases of pregnancy occuring from Heavy petting and the couple never had intercourse.

Yes you can pregnant in this way. Its highly unlikely, but its possible. I actually know of someone that this happened to. She was shocked when she learned she was pregnant and the doctors told her that while this scenario wasn't common, its possible. The sperm have access to the vaginal canal, and all it takes is one determined sperm to penetrate the egg and VOILA, a zygote is in the making. :-)
