I also have PCOS, but do not have the pain that some women get. I would suggest to try out a few websites that are full of girls that have PCOS, and are ready to answer any questions that you have. If you have myspace, there is a large PCOS Group...or an even better website is SoulCysters.com. Great group of women and tons of support there.

Twisted ovarian cyst if it is in the lower part, kidney stone or infection if in the middle, gall bladder stones or inflammation (cholecystitis) if in the upper part.

does it feel like your back kind of hurts too.....could be kidney stones
