I know it sounds crazy but if you have tried everything else and nothing is relieving the pain, smoke some pot. I had a really bad fall a couple of years ago. Hurt my back so bad I couldn't get out of bed. I went a couple of weeks like that went to the doctor, nothing the doctor gave me helped. He gave me Hydrocodone and other pain killers, it just wouldn't relieve the pain. I had never smoked pot in my life and never thought I would but that pain was so bad I would try anything. So I took two hits right before bed time for about three days and I still have the pain every once in a while but it isn't near as bad and it is not very frequent.

I have fibromyalgia and, from my own experience, every pain is different....for each person....and even different types of pain in the same individual. The top choices I've known about are chiropractic care with acupuncture, glucosamine chondroitin sulfate, or you can experiment with a diverse number of prescriptions, but, for myself, sometimes just applying Ben-Gay and taking a hot bath is the best.

Last year, I was introduced to an AMAZING all natural wellness system by a very close friend of mine. I am 43 years old, and I have been taking blood pressure meds for 6 years. Since I have been using the product, I am becoming healthier every day! I no longer need to take blood pressure medication, and my 18 year stretch of chronic low back and hip pain is completely gone thanks to this amazing product.

Do Yoga gently, and then branch out to torso-dances, which include Salsa, Latin Dance, Flamenco and Bellydance. Even hip-hop. This will exercise the core muscles and massage your own back with your inner muscles.
