It sounds like a problem with your sciatic nerve.

It could be 2 things.
1) Going into the left left could be sciatica. Pinching of the nerve in the spinal canal. Depending on how bad a chiropractor can probably fix this problem. If it statrt to go down the leg into the foot. You have a serious problem that will probably require surgery. I had surgery for this 2 years ago and I'm fine. Do it while your younger you recover faster.

2) into the groin could be a pulled hamstring or you have an infection that has gone into your lymph node in your groin. Should see a doctor for an opinion Good luck

Its probably your sciatic nerve. Its one of our main nerves and can sometimes become pinched or irritated..causing pain in the low back, hip and/or leg areas. Its more common than you may think. do some stretching, lying back to the floor and bringing your knees to chest stretching. this is a great low back stretch amd may relieve some of the nerve pain. It usually takes a few days to disappear but generally will go away on its own. of course dont be afraid to get a chiropractors or doctors opinion if it does not disappear soon. it may need a little minipulation. When it happens to me, I will wear a wide velcro belt for a couple of days around my hips/mid section and it disappears...good luck, I hope it helps.

Sounds like a pinched nerve! Sciatica! Go see a good Chiropractor! I just happen to work for "4" chiro's! Make sure they went to Palmer College in Iowa, and ask if they have a Pro-Adjuster!

it's possible that there's a small bit of nerve damage. Are you active in activities??

If it persists, I would call the doctor. I get some of those pains sometimes after working in the yard or doing too many strenuous things.

Granted, I'm female, but I can imagine what you're describing.

sciatica,
a pain from the sciatic nerve,
which is felt in the back of the thigh, leg and foot, runs down you body.
could also be ill fitting/ too tight underwear.
try and walk about and change your underwear to something that won't be too tight round the tops of your thighs

sciatic nerver, it runs right down your legs, look up some exercises on the internet, stretching really helps or take some muscle relaxers.
