Oh how I wish I had this problem .. if only I could share some of mine with you :)! Well you can go with light colors and bulkier pockets, pleats, fabric etc. By wearing tops that are tapered at your waist it will help give the appearance of a wider hip area. Also wear a wide leg pant that flows down from the hip, I wouldn't wear tighter fitting pants because that will just show our small you are in that area.
Where skirts that flare out a bit will help - peasant skirts are popular right now.

Well, I guess a pretty dress or skirt - try different designs.
But why do you want wider hips? I bet you look great as you are. A lot of women would like smaller hips!!!
I guess you could pig out and go to a gym to increase muscle size a little.....and later on you might want to have a baby.
But meanwhile - just enjoy the size you are and be the envy of a lot of other women!

Sweetie, Wearing low rise jeans and smaller and shorter tops will give the illusion of wider hips. They also make hip pads, they cost about $20,and look really natural.

Horizontal stripes or a wide belt across the widest part of your hips..
Bias cut skirt or a dress will accentuate the hips, especially if the top is fitted.
Avoid empire waisting, but opt for a natural waist enhancers - like a skinny belt sinching the waist - it will create a contrast with your hips.

Dresses and skirts that are cut fuller/flare at the hip, or dresses and tops w/ an empire waist. In other words something that does not emphasize your natural waist.
Low rise pants w/ a belt.
Try halter and razor back tops to lessen the emphasis of shoulders.

Wear belts around your hips, especially chunky belts. If your going to wear a dress, wear a thin belt around your waist. Also pencil skirts also bring out your hips.
Also, short dresses or tops with string or elastic around the hip area will bulk out your hips, and things with frills and ruffles around the hip area.
