If you are talking influential the list must include Les Paul, Jerry Garcia, Eric Clapton, Jimi Hendrix, Eddie Van Halen...
Especially Les Paul - I mean, where would any of these guitarists be without him? But that would mean my list was more than four... I don't know which to leave out...
