Seems degrading to me.

Or whatever you call the popular tattoo women get on their lower back (I only use the term "tramp stamp" because it is the only term I've heard for it other than "tattoo on lower back"). What strikes me is that the owner of the tattoo would never get to see it, so it only seems for the prurient ornamentation of their hindquarters. So my question is, if you get one of these tattoos are you conscious that you are calling attention to your hindquarters? Or is there something that I'm missing?

It could look that the quantity of ladies to remark in this put up have a standard Concurrence that it isn't trashy to recreation a, "tramp stamp". However, it could additionally look that there's a definitive sample of ladies/women who've them. There is not any common sense in the back of tattoo's; inking ones self is most commonly an emotional image. Unfortunately, tramp stamps look to be so much applied by way of ladies with low vanity in a unconscious (or councious) strive at feeling attractive. Although there's not anything fallacious with FEELING attractive, a few could argue that being overly promiscuous shows an abundance of sexual pastime and/or deficient lifestyles offerings. Personally, I consider dangerous for ladies who've fallen sufferer to our society through media impact. I will agree that a few guys will discover tramp stamps wonderful, however the kind of guy is an controversial variable. "Men" who're concerned with one night time stands and widespread golf equipment are the without doubt candidate to find those varieties of tattoos wonderful, even though that is now not ALWAYS the case.

ROFLMBO, THAT IS THE FIRST TIME I'VE EVER HEARD THEM CALLED THAT. Thank you for adding to my vocabulary!

I don't know if you have an issue with tat's (I know I do) or what, but not every woman has them. Look, if that's a turn off for you, then when you know that person has them, you can either:

A. Get past the tat and get to know the person (which I did, but unfortunately that did not save that relationship)

B. Put her in the friend column (which is what I do most of the time)

As those with tattoos say, "the tat says alot about the person" and if you don't want a woman with one, then don't them. There are a lot of fine women out here don't have any and won't get any.

I would like to help you understand what it means to me when you use words such as "tramp stamp" to describe women...

My teenage daughter asked me why men have created so many foul words to describe girls and why there were no male specific equivalents. Her little brother was listening when she asked. I wanted to dive in and tell her that we need to create some words for men, but I couldn't. You see I would not do that to my children. I would not do that to my Husband, Father, Son, Brother, Grandfathers, and Uncles. In fact, I would not do that to You, though you degrade me, my mother, sister, grandmothers, aunts and most of all, my beautiful Daughter. Instead I told her that I did not have an answer at that time, but I would think about it. I am still thinking and I do not have an answer...

As for your question IT "seems degrading to me", and IT has nothing to do with a tattoo.

It started off as just a spot to put a tattoo, but whenever a woman would bend down the tattoo was seen. It may have offended people. alos girls were showing off their tattoo, so some jealous girl, or some guy who couldn't get with one of these girls gave that tattoo spot the nickname Tramp Stamp, which sticked. Why a girl would get a tattoo there is easy, She doesn't see it, as you get older your back doesn't get wrinkles so it won't look distorted, and when we have babies, it may not stretch.

my thoughts...

"Tramp Stamp" If your referring to tattoo then your answer is easy it's an expression of ones self a way to let others now who you truly are and thatsociety cantake everything from you but your skin and bones.
Next you'll be asking why people DYE their hair or is that something you think is o.k. for woman to do?

its a good place for a tat. it can remain hidden, and not interfere with employment, it won't get stretched out from a baby, and it looks much better than the stick up the a** that people who call it a tramp stamp have

I don't find them attractive now. I used to but every other woman has one...I wouldn't say it would put me off any woman that had one but I'd wish she'd have been a bit more imaginative when she came to choosing the place and design.
