Were Mongolian the first astrologers that invented the calendar? If not, who invented the calendar?

I'm not quite sure how far the Hellenic calendar in Greece dates backs to but the ancient Egyptians and Babylonians both had calendars that date back to around 2,000 BCE and possibly earlier

actually way before the Mongolians came the ancient Phrrynians who used a crude calendar made from bamboo and rice grains. They marked the days by their digestive cycles and used simple artistic stick figure drawings to express their emotions on the calendar. You can find more info about this on the web if you look.
