Is it a right time to buy a house in westpalmbeach? Or better to wait?

I think you should wait. Isn't Alberto coming this way? And if you do buy the house now, there will probably be no way of insuring it since insurance salesmen do not sell when tropical storms are near Florida. So, I think you should wait a couple of months, or atleast until Hurricane Season is over.

Better to wait a few more months... Prices are still dropping and with the hurricane season coming prices will probably drop again form people wanting to leave Florida

YOU ARE A LITTLE TOO LATE, homes in wpb aren't a good investment right now.
