Nobody takes them seriously, so why worry about it and use more energy thinking of a really good answer.
Laziness ~ you get 2 points quicker for a dumb answer to a stupid question than you do from thinking about a good question and providing a thoughtful answer.

Cause it is easier to answer and sometimes stupid questions catch my attention because I can't believe someone is really asking it...by that time I am already in there so I just answer it and get the points and get out.

The wonderful thing about YA is that every idiot can join in. We all like a little boost of self esteem so answering the eay ones gets us what we want. Answer the tricky ones though and you will embrace the world.

Stupid questions get more answers because they are a lot of fun to answer. Especially when they are rediculus. Then you even get to exercise your imagination.
