I haven't gotten that impression. I think he's pretty stupid. He seems like an alright person, but his judgement isn't that sound.

He should've known that you don't ride motorcycles when you're a pro athlete...didn't I hear that he wasn't wearing a helmet too?

If he were any other player, he would've had his contract voided. He's lucky.

He's an idiot. There's a history with athletes and motorcycles which is why that kind of crap is written into contracts. Look at the Chicago Bulls' Jason Williams. Same thing, except Williams will never play again. This guy is lucky. At leat wear a helmet. Sheesh!

Actually, according to my source, he did have a helmet. I don't know why athletes do these kind of things. He was warned by Cowher and Terry Bradshaw about his bike. You have no steel cage around you on a bike like you do in a car, you've completely vulnerable. You would think the least you could do is cover your head. He's lucky his brains didn't fall out onto the street.

And he didn't have a license according to what I just read on rotoworld.com. So that's not bright either.

According to various sources, he was not wearing a helmet, which by Pennsylvania law is his choice. Personally, I feel any professional athlete who plays a team sport & does not wear a helmet is not only putting his or her own life & career at risk, but those of the other people who depend on him or her to be part of "the team". It's rather selfish & not the brightest choice in my opinion.

I don't think there's anything wrong with riding a motorcycle when you're a Pro athlete. however, I think his choice not to wear a helmet was an incredibly poor one. he's worth entirely too much money to put himself in a position to be injured the way he was yesterday.

He wasn't very bright when riding the bike. People had warned him too about wearing a helmet. Someone actually told him to ride motocycles after he retired. Looks like he's be sacked one too many times.

He was wearing a helmet, and he is smart. He just needs better judgement, that's a major problem.

He was not wearing a helmet, but most 24 year olds don't.
