2006-06-13 06:44:04 · answer #1 · answered by cleazott 3 · 1 2

I think most Americans don't care whether the rest of the world hates them. We have bailed you all out of trouble since WWI. We are the first ones to respond when their is trouble in the world. Keep on hating us, and maybe then we can close our borders, bring our troops home and you people see how you survive the next time a Hitler or someone like him marches into your country. You ingrate.

they think they own the world and they can do what ever they want. America use to be the richest country in the world and maybe that is why Americans feel like their are Gods, but guess what, America is no longer the richest country in the world and at the rate Bush is going, we will soon probably be a third world country....

Why do people in other countries assume that all Americans are the gun-toting, Bush-supporting rednecks you see on TV? To tell you the truth, I and a lot of the people I know despise the state of things in this country just as much as you. As soon as is humanly possible, I'm applying for Canadian citizenship.

Well, your generalization is quite presumptuous in its own right...

Ignoring your ignorance, I'll answer your question: just like any country, we have our fair share of nationalistic zealots who, unfortunately, are well represented in our government. However, if you'll bother to look at the president's current approval rating, you'll see that a majority of Americans don't like the job he's doing, and in correlation, one can presume that many Americans don't like the isolationist foreign policy our country has taken. So, the moral of the story is, don't genaralize, you moron, and learn how to F**KING SPELL!!!

Because we know we have the power for you to need us. As soon as a major catastrophe hits one of our haters, the first thing to come out of their mouths is, "Where are the Americans? Why aren't they helping us?".

And you'll notice, that no matter who it is, we're always the first to rush in and offer aid. Perhaps that entitles us to a bit of arrogance don't you think?

The US is like a lawyer. You can hate us until you need us.

So what if the world hates us? We are the best country with the best knowledge, best cash flow, and one of the highest levels of technology. The rest of the world is jealous of our superiority and wants to whine about another thing. It isn't a surprise that they'd do that, they have to rely on us to take care of their problems because they are too primitive to take care of themselves.

There is a saying "Pride goes before a fall". Americans have either never learnt it or forgotten it. But that's ok, everyone has his or her own way and pace of learning. Some people learn fast, some learn slowly.

The world only hates us because we have managed to create a free society that works. Our religious organizations are free to practice as they wish, with no/little government interference or interferences from other religious groups.

The world doesn't hate America. They even come here illegally to take advantage of the many things that are good about it!
