My friend is a railway employee, working in a very unfair, unpleasant environment, where employer are taking all the advantages from her but harassing also at the same time.

Unless you give us a clue as to what country or US state you are talking about, I'm afraid no one can answer your question beyond the obvious: she can complain in writing to her superiors and to whatever body exists to handle such complaints, if there is one.

Are they really being unfair? what would you consider unfair? If its a hostile work environment your friend needs to report in writting to her supervisor, in that complaint she must also adivse them to stop. If this does not work have your friend report the company to Equal Employment Opportunity Commision

You should tell her to get an attorney, and sue the company she works for. Then you two should go to the Bahamas with the money she gets from her out of court settlement. Get married, buy a house, motorcycle, and have 37 kids.

He needs to make a formal complaint and submit it to his manager. If that doesn't work take it to the better business bureau.
