I am not really sure what the BEST is... But I recently tried the Crest Whitestrips. These really work great, plus they are affordable! The only con was that it made my teeth a little sensitive but it was only temporary. Try them, they work! Whitening toothpastes simply do not work at all, in my opinion. So save your money there!

Crest White Strips worked really well, I used the original which tend to be less expensive than the premiums. I also use whitening tooth paste, but be careful with how sensitive your teeth will get. You're supposed to stop use as soon as you start feeing sensitivity.

Stay away from the professional teeth whitening procedures and from the whitening at home kits. They are using extremely toxic chemicals that can cause IRREVERSIBLE DAMAGE TO TOOTH ENAMEL and premature tooth decay.
Check out this site: http://www.naturalwhiteteeth.net - It's about how you can whiten your teeth 100% naturally. Same results but 100% safe and 1000 times cheaper.

I found Rembrandt whitening plus toothpaste works well w/ about 6 months of use. However, I first start with the whitening gel,and then I'd follow up w/ the toothpaste and Rembrandt mouthrinse.

I like Crest Whitestrips. It works great and lasts almost a year. It is about $25.00 for a two week supply. Two weeks is all you need to get your teeth a lot whiter.

I agree with the crest white strips... they can make your teeth sensetive however. I have been looking into Zoom or brite smile but they seem pretty spendy.
