first of all, its not a "drawer", its a "artist" ! ^^
second, carefully observe everything you draw. look closely at other peoples styles. draw from real life frequently. the last things is;
PRACTICE!!
the more you practice, the better you get, that's just the way it is. any kind of doodle is OK, just do it!

practice more, just like i did, I became better by doing that and also by buying books of art and reading information about it and you know what I have become a very excellent painter and drawer.

Look at ALOT of drawings and find points that makes them great. 3x3mag.com.

Search out the winners of artists and ask what makes them so great. Sometimes it is not about how beautiful you can draw. It's about creating a personal, unique style, like Picasso or Van Gouge and pursuing a view that no one else claims to have.

Join in any art classes in your school, And challenge yourself into drawing things around your house or maybe outside your house, like go to downtown, draw building and draw ever day too, practice makes perfect ;)

Focus on the ways of drawings that you're still a rookie at, or images you haven't had an experience on drawing it yet

Always travel with a sketch book. Draw anything on the street, people, architecture, dogs, i don't know anything you find interesting!
Start using different media, like paint, charcoal. ect...

I assume that is what you meant, the best way to Improve your dexterity (hand-eye coordination) is to continue practicing drawing.

Try looking at a photograph and copying it (without tracing).
