I have some free time in the evenings and on weekends....how can i use it to earn some money? I'm based in India.

I would consider selling on Ebay. Some of the most beautiful hand made/carved soapstone I have ever found originated in India. If you are able to go to the local markets and find someone to supply you with some very original pieces you would do very well with it on Ebay or other type auction sites. Selling is very easy and there is a ton of information and tutorials on these sites. Soapstone is just one idea. Find something special and native to your country start small and you will be amazed! it all depends..
maybe babysitting on the weekends
or catering
or offer some services for weekends.
