Dump him he doesn't sound like a man or he'd be chasing after you. Find someone interested in you...

I'm guessing the teen years?
I had the same issue when I was 17, I was the guy.
Heres a peek inside what was going on in my head:
I had **** to do, guys focus on activities and not chicks all the time. Girls tend to be more talkative, gossipy and into the whole relationship thing way more then men.

I would get home and hang with my brothers and friends and totally forget to call her. Truthfully, even if I remembered I had too much going on to pick up the phone. It's not like I didn't like her, but I had more going on in my life than she did.

This is also why young women find older men attractive, older men have the time, patience and money.

Men by nature have little to talk about with women until they reach a certain age. Intelligent conversation with a male especially a young male with a female is usually sexual in nature. At this young age of a male we are really only interested in the sex the small talk is a benfit to you but an annoyence to us. At this age we basically only want a sex partner as our social building skills are strongest towards are own sex.

We tend to talk about stuff we see as interesting. He's probably tired of listening to stuff that he deems useless and boring.

Since we are so different from male to female our interests determine what we talk about, if youre talking about stuff he isnt interested in then why would he call you more?

Try picking subjects that both of you are interested in. If he then seems still bored dump him hes seeing someone else or is thinking about it or already working on it.

This could be the sign to get out now.

I don't see this as a big problem in the relationship, provided you are spending quality time together in person. Our society today expects relationships to occur over the phone because of the new age of text messaging and cell phones. I would gear more on the dynamics of the other area of the relationship, and if it is good when you are together, than who cares who is doing the calling.

I doubt he's gay because gay guys like the phone a lot. Many guys don't feel the need to pick up the phone and call their lady. Personally, I enjoy talking to my girlfriend on a regular basis. I will often talk to her on my way home after dropping her off. Try talking to him about it, and if you can't get him to then head out to the local bookstore and pick up "He's just not that into you." Its an excellent book for helping to understand how men view relationships

Stop calling right now. If someone is really interested in you then no matter what the situation, he will make time to call you at least everyday, or every other day. He is telling you in his own way that you dont really mean anything to him. When someone cares for you they want to hear your voice, and know how you are doing. When you call him it probably seems to him that you are running behind him, and are already sprung. Save yourself, stop the calling.

Sweetheart. He seems to be an independent kind of guy. Meaning he isn't needy or clingy. He seems to be a more personal kind of guy too. He would rather talk to you and see you in person rather then on the phone. Just because he doesn't call every day doesn't mean he isn't thinking about you either. Be open with him. If you feel you need him to call everyday to feel that he does think about you tell him. Be totally open with him. :)

I'm married to someone that never calls me. But I get to see him everyday so I guess we're in two diff ships. I'd take it as an insult and guess he's just not into you anymore.

Stop calling him. If he wants to talk to you, he can pick that phone up just as easily as you can.
