No it is greater.
All of the numbers are the same except the last two digits 72 and 67. 72 is great than 67 so therefore 81,372 is greater than 81,367

Think of it this way...
81,300 is equal to 81,300, so the only numbers you are actually comparing are 72 and 67. It is easier to see that 72 is greater than 67, and therefore 81,372 is greater than 81,367.
