I am not racist by any means but I have noticed latly that I can turn in over 20 applications get a call back for 3 then a Girl or a Black person gets hired in over me when I am highly more qualified and had a abetter interview. Thats only an example. Why has the Naacp made so that if a black person doesn't get a job they can sue but a white male nobody would ever believe or care. I thought this was supposed to be equal? The balance has tipped the other way and come in favor of black people and women. I just what equility.

sounds like you are getting a taste of what black people have been feeling for hundreds of years.

I know how you feel exactly. I am a female, and I don't get even a call back. I applied a dollar store here where I live just to be a cashier, I applied the job a month ago. They never called me back, but they hired a mexican girl the day I was there shopping. I seen the manager interviewing her so I ask them are you hiring, and they said oh yes, we are taking apps and doing interviews this week. So I said bluntly I applied a month ago, why didn't you call me in for an interview. well to make a long story short, they hired her, cause I came back the next week to pick a few items up and low and behold there she was cashering. I was pissed. I left my stuff there, and walked out. So I can relate. It seems since other races come in to the USA they take most jobs that anyone can really do, all because they speak their language. I am so mad, I could spit nails, but what does a person do. Its like my word against theres.

I guess it's when they started feeling sorry for themselves because they didn't get "what they deserved". I feel bad for you, too.
You don't even know what equality is. You think because your background afforded you opportunities to work hard that you "deserve". Well you don't.
At least half of what you have is the luck of where and to whom you were born, and how much money they had. So get over it, pull your pair out of your purse, and stop whinning. Work a little harder, and stop begrudging other people their success. I know plenty of white guys that get jobs just fine. They also get promotions they don't deserve because to alot of employers women and black men are "token" employees, and they can work til they're blue in the face and they still won't get noticed or appreciated.
You have no idea if they're better in interviews. You're just assuming that. Maybe you have a trait that comes off real annoying in interviews, like self-righteousness, or feeling sorry for yourself. Much like SuziQ.

"equal opportunity" and similar projects have created reverse racism. no-one cares if a white male is discrimanted against.
At my child's school they do not recieve the government money the school in the next town gets to pay for after school programs and breakfast and other stuff. The difference? there are not enough minorities and not enough free lunch families in our school. Does this sound at all fair to the children?

Maybe you took it the wrong way? I mean how did you know if the other person wasn't more qualified than you?

....I'm not being mean, I'm just trying to figure out the situation. Maybe work on your resume more so that you'd get more calls.
